Jacob Sartorius was an American social media celebrity who gained popularity by posting hilarious videos on Vine and lip-syncing with TikTok. Sweatshirt became his debut single in the year 2016. Jacob was 9th in searches for 2016's top musical acts following his huge success. In the year 2017, Jacob released his debut EP entitled The Last Text. He went on to release five EPs. These include The Last Text, Left Me Hangin, Better With you Where Have You Been. The Lost But Found EP and Sleep when I am Dead are just two of the five other EPs he's yet to release. Jacob Sartorius is a popular figure in social media. His social media handles have an impressive fan base. The account is followed by around 12 million users on Instagram and also has 23.6 million fans on TikTok. There is also a self-titled YouTube channel, with 2.93 million followers.
